Man threatened with knife and slightly injured in Stade robbery
According to police, a 34-year-old man was robbed by six men on Sunday at about 1:10 p.m. on Grünendeicher Straße in Stade. One man fired several shots into the air with a blank-firing weapon while others struck the victim; one also used a wooden plank and another pulled a knife. The group took the man's jacket containing identification documents, then fled partly by car and partly on foot. The victim sustained superficial cuts, abrasions and scratches, received medical treatment at the scene, and declined hospital admission. Police said they know the identities of four of the six suspects.
