Armed robbery at snack bar in Stade
An unidentified masked man entered a snack bar on Harsefelder Straße in Stade on Monday evening and threatened its 66-year-old owner with a knife. He demanded money and took a cash box and a waiter’s wallet containing several hundred euros after the register was opened. The owner was physically unharmed but suffered a slight shock, police said. The suspect fled by bicycle, and an immediate search initially yielded no result.
