Man with knife tries to open cash drawer in Solingen
At about 9 p.m. on 9 January 2026, an unidentified masked man entered the entrance area of a supermarket on Unnersberger Allee in Solingen with a knife in his hand. The employees retreated to the rear of the store. The man then unsuccessfully attempted to open a cash drawer before fleeing on foot.
