Masked person threatens children with a knife at Schwelm playground
At a playground on Kaiserstraße in Schwelm, an apparently male person wearing a clown mask held a knife and made gestures toward children, including a throat-cutting motion. The children left the playground and informed their parents; there was no direct contact. A search for the person was unsuccessful. Criminal police are investigating.
