Man threatens resident in Schwedt/Oder with kitchen knife
In the early evening of 19 April 2026, a 28-year-old man allegedly caused repeated disturbances outside and inside a residential building in Schwedt/Oder. He allegedly became abusive towards a 25-year-old resident and threatened him with a kitchen knife. The victim was unharmed. Police took the man into custody after overcoming his resistance; his breath alcohol level was 2.25 per mille. He is under investigation.
