Man seriously injured with knife in Schwäbisch Gmünd
A 28-year-old man was seriously injured with a knife during a physical altercation in an apartment in Schwäbisch Gmünd on 17 June. Police said the dispute involved a 19-year-old man known to him.
With help from a tradesman who happened to be in the apartment, the seriously injured man was able to leave. The alleged attacker had fled before police arrived. Despite the use of police dogs and a helicopter, he was not initially located; the search and investigation remain ongoing.
