Man threatens resident and police officers with knife in Schönebeck
In the early hours of 7 March, a 26-year-old man allegedly first threatened another man of the same age at an apartment building in Schönebeck. After police officers arrived, he allegedly also threatened them with a knife. Special units from the State Criminal Police Office were then called. They fired at the suspect, who later died in hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
