Armed robbery at petrol station in Mainz
During the night of 6 to 7 March, an unknown man robbed a petrol station in Mainz's Oberstadt district. At about 3:45 a.m., he threatened an employee behind the sales counter with a knife and demanded cash. After the employee opened the till, the offender took money and fled. An initial search did not locate him, and criminal police are investigating.
