Two people injured in knife stabbing in Salzgitter
Two people suffered knife wounds during an altercation involving several people that was linked to a private celebration in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt. The incident occurred in Lessingstraße at about 4:50 a.m. on 15 August. Both injured people required medical treatment. Police established the identities of the suspected perpetrators and deployed forensic staff to search for evidence. The background to the altercation remains under investigation.
