Man stabbed during dispute in Rüsselsheim restaurant
Prosecutors in Darmstadt are treating the stabbing of a 34-year-old man in Rüsselsheim as attempted homicide. He was injured at 04:50 on 4 October 2026 during a physical dispute with another man at a venue on Schillerstraße. After initial medical care, he was taken to hospital; according to the information available at the time, his injuries were not life-threatening. His opponent fled the venue, and an initial search did not find him. Criminal investigators began examining the scene.
