Employee injured in knife robbery in Rüsselsheim
Two unidentified offenders robbed a drinks market in the Königstädten district of Rüsselsheim early on Thursday evening. They threatened an employee in the sales area with a knife and irritant spray and demanded cash from the register. When the register was opened, they sprayed the employee with irritant spray and took the day's takings. The employee reported irritation to his eyes and face, received initial medical treatment and was released. The offenders fled on foot and an initial search did not locate them.
