Man allegedly injured with knife in Recklinghausen
On Friday afternoon, a 27-year-old from Recklinghausen and a 28-year-old from Datteln were allegedly approached by an unidentified young man at Europaplatz. According to the two men, the suspect sprayed pepper spray in their direction at about 1:40 p.m., lightly injuring the 28-year-old. He then allegedly injured the 27-year-old with a knife. The unidentified suspect fled towards Kuniberg. The circumstances remain unclear, and police are seeking witnesses and the suspect.
