Suspect turns himself in after alleged knife threat in Cologne
A 40-year-old man is alleged to have threatened a minor with a knife at a kiosk in Cologne-Weidenpesch. Police said he demanded the return of a bicycle that was believed to have been stolen earlier. He is alleged to have fled without any proceeds. The suspect turned himself in through his lawyer on 25 September.
