Employee attacks colleagues with knife in Quickborn
A 45-year-old employee allegedly attacked two colleagues with a knife at a meat-processing business in Quickborn on 31 July. He is accused of first attacking a 32-year-old man with a butcher's knife; the man fought off the attack and escaped. The accused then allegedly went directly at a 44-year-old man in the staff break room, where the second victim defended himself with a chair. Both men suffered cuts to their upper bodies. Other people present restrained the attacker until police arrived. Investigators are treating the case as suspected attempted homicide combined with dangerous bodily harm, and a warrant has been issued.
