Man critically injured in dispute at accommodation facility in Preith
Two residents became involved in a dispute at an accommodation facility on Am Wasserturm in Preith on the evening of 18 September. A 33-year-old man suffered life-threatening stab wounds and was taken to hospital. His 22-year-old opponent was provisionally detained at the scene. At the request of prosecutors, a judge ordered pre-trial detention on suspicion of attempted homicide. Criminal police continue to investigate.
