Kitchen knife involved in dispute at Potsdam snack bar
A threat and an assault were reported at a snack bar in Potsdam-West at about 3:40 pm on 18 August. A 36-year-old employee had told a 39-year-old guest to leave and was holding a kitchen knife while preparing food. Police said he allegedly used the knife to reinforce the demand and also threw a drinks can at the guest. The guest said he felt threatened and responded by striking the employee several times. Police recorded complaints for threats and assault and opened an investigation.
