19-year-old allegedly injured with knife in Pasewalk
Police are investigating a 22-year-old man suspected of holding a 19-year-old acquaintance against his will for several days in his apartment in Pasewalk. The younger man had gone there voluntarily on 16 October 2026; according to investigators, a dispute arose later. From no later than 20 October, the suspect allegedly prevented him from leaving, repeatedly punched him and injured him with a knife. The victim sustained cut or stab wounds to his arm and a bruise to his head. He escaped on 24 October, went to the police and filed a report. The continuing investigation also covers suspected coercion, threats and insults.
