Man threatens knife violence at Paderborn Central Station
During a police check at Paderborn Central Station on Tuesday afternoon, a 45-year-old man allegedly threatened knife violence against an acquaintance who was not present. Officers then intended to search his backpack for dangerous objects. The man allegedly tried to pull the backpack away and was restrained after putting up considerable resistance. No dangerous object was found during the search. Investigators opened proceedings against him on suspicion of making threats and resisting law-enforcement officers.
