Knife threat after theft at Dortmund central station

An 18-year-old man is alleged to have entered a kiosk at Dortmund central station with two companions at 8:42 p.m. on 18 February and stolen tobacco accessories. When a 19-year-old employee confronted him outside the kiosk, the man allegedly drew a knife and held it in front of him. He then fled with his companions. Officers arrested the suspect on Münsterstraße the following day; no direct involvement in the offence could be established for one companion. The 18-year-old was remanded in custody.
