Man suffers stab wounds after attack in Osnabrück's Schlossgarten
A 20-year-old man was taken to hospital with two stab wounds to his right thigh after an altercation in Osnabrück's Schlossgarten. He had been walking with two friends on the evening of 5 December when an initial verbal dispute developed with an unknown person. Shortly afterwards, several men from a group attacked the 20-year-old, knocked him to the ground and continued the assault, including kicking him. His two companions noticed the stab wounds only after the attack. The attackers fled, and police are investigating the sequence of events and those involved.
