Man threatens fellow residents with knife in Offenburg
On the morning of 14 February, a man allegedly shouted while holding a knife and threatened fellow residents at a shared home in Offenburg's northeastern district. The residents retreated to their rooms while the man left the building on foot. Officers found him near the hospital during a search and arrested him without resistance. He received medical treatment for self-inflicted cuts and was then taken to a specialist clinic.
