Man threatens 20-year-old with kitchen knife in Offenburg
A man is suspected of attacking a 20-year-old on Alte Lange Straße in Offenburg on Monday afternoon and threatening him with a kitchen knife. He then allegedly stole the victim's bag and its contents, taking a small amount of cash from it. Police said he discarded the bag and fled. There was no assault with the knife, and criminal police are investigating.
