Man attacked with knife in Offenbach
A 62-year-old man was injured on Monday afternoon in the courtyard of an apartment building on Hermann-Steinhäuser-Straße in Offenbach. Police said two men allegedly struck the resident, threw a glass bottle at him and threatened him with a knife. The bottle missed him, and he said he was able to evade one of the men when he came at him with the knife. The man received medical treatment for injuries to his hand, right forearm and neck. The two suspected offenders then fled towards Marktplatz.
