Teenager threatens passer-by with knife in Offenbach
A teenager is alleged to have threatened a 37-year-old passer-by with a knife on Saturday in Kurt-Tucholsky-Straße in Offenbach. According to the victim, the two had not argued beforehand and did not know each other. The teenager then left the scene. Police are asking witnesses to come forward.
