Man seriously injured in knife attack in Fischach
A 33-year-old man allegedly attacked and seriously injured a 45-year-old man with a knife outside a detached house in Fischach on 22 March. Initial findings indicate that an altercation preceded the attack at about 18:00. The injured man sustained wounds to his back and arm and was taken to hospital. The suspect initially fled but was arrested during the search operation. An investigating judge issued a detention order for attempted manslaughter, and criminal police are investigating the background.
