Man detained after knife injury in Nuremberg supermarket

At about 14:50 on 19 June, two men became involved in an altercation in a supermarket in Nuremberg's St. Johannis district. A 37-year-old man allegedly suffered a knife cut to the upper body inflicted by the other man. Emergency personnel treated him and then took him to hospital. Officers found a 49-year-old suspect at the scene and provisionally detained him. Police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
