Cyclist injures man with knife in Nuremberg

A 27-year-old cyclist is alleged to have injured a 24-year-old man in the upper body with a knife in central Nuremberg on Monday morning. The man had previously become involved in a brief argument with the cyclist at a pedestrian crossing near Plärrer. The cyclist initially rode away, then returned and attacked him. Police arrested the suspect after a search and seized the alleged weapon. The injured man was taken to hospital after initial treatment and was not in life-threatening condition, police said.
