Man allegedly injured and robbed 52-year-old with scissors in Cologne
Following an argument at Friesenplatz in Cologne on Monday morning, a 24-year-old man allegedly injured a 52-year-old in the face with scissors. Police said he then took cash from the victim's trouser pocket. Officers located the suspect near the scene shortly afterwards and provisionally detained him.
