Teenager seriously injured in Nuremberg’s southern district
A man is alleged to have attacked a teenager with a pointed object and seriously injured the victim’s upper body during the night of 14 March in Nuremberg’s southern district. The attack occurred around midnight in the area of Humboldtstraße, Dallingerstraße and Anne-Frank-Straße. The attacker initially fled in a black VW Golf.
Police later provisionally detained a 19-year-old suspect in Röthenbach an der Pegnitz and secured the vehicle. Prosecutors applied for remand, while the homicide unit investigates on suspicion of attempted homicide.
