Trader threatened with knife in Nordhausen

A trader was threatened at his sales stand during the Nordhausen station festival after two men took goods worth just under 60 euros. When the 43-year-old tried to recover his property, one of the men held a knife in front of him. Police identified both suspects during a nearby search and provisionally detained them. The stolen goods were returned to the trader. Proceedings were opened on suspicion of robbery-related theft, and the men were released after further procedural measures.
