Two men identified after threat and assault in Nordenham
Two men are alleged to have threatened a 38-year-old man with a knife and a suspected firearm on Hafenstraße in Nordenham at about 1:59 p.m. on 22 May. Investigators say the men then deliberately struck him with a car. The man suffered a fractured foot and was allegedly punched and kicked while on the ground afterwards. The two suspects were provisionally detained following searches at several residential addresses, but were released after a custody review. Investigations into the background of the incident are ongoing.
