Man remanded after knife attack in Münster
Following an argument in a shared flat in Münster-Gievenbeck, a 57-year-old man injured a 43-year-old man with a knife to the upper body, head and neck on 12 May. The victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later still receiving inpatient treatment. Police arrested the suspect at the scene. On 13 May, a judge ordered his pre-trial detention on suspicion of attempted manslaughter and dangerous bodily harm; the investigation is ongoing.
