Two men seriously injured after knife attack in Mainz
Following an altercation in Mainz-Mombach, a 28-year-old man and a 32-year-old man are being investigated on suspicion of attempted manslaughter. According to the investigation at the time, the 32-year-old is also alleged to have used a knife against the 28-year-old. Both men sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospital. No further details about the sequence of events or the background to the altercation were available.
