Man injured with machete during confrontation in Munich
A 22-year-old man suffered minor injuries from a machete during a confrontation at an apartment in Munich's Ramersdorf-Perlach district on 21 October 2026. Following an earlier dispute, he, another 22-year-old man and a teenager went to the apartment of a 22-year-old man at about 8:30 p.m. A physical confrontation began after the resident's relatives opened the door. The resident allegedly produced a machete, threatened those present and injured the 22-year-old visitor. Paramedics treated the injured man at the scene. Police arrested the resident, seized the machete and collected evidence. He is under investigation for dangerous bodily harm and making threats; he was released after police procedures were completed.
