20-year-old found with stab wound after altercation in Coburg
In Coburg, a 20-year-old man sustained a stab wound below his left elbow during an altercation on the evening of 21 October 2026. When police found him in Steinweg about 45 minutes after a witness alerted them, he also had abrasions and bruises on his head. From a distance, the witness had seen several people argue and then become involved in a physical confrontation but could not make out the details. Emergency responders took the injured man to hospital for treatment. According to police, he gave no information about the circumstances or the other people involved; the object that caused the stab wound is unknown.
