Attempted robbery at jeweller in Munich
A masked, unidentified man allegedly tried to open the locked door of a jeweller's shop in Munich's Allach district on 19 April. The proprietor noticed the attempt from the rear of the shop and saw the man at the entrance carrying a knife and hammer. He did not open the door, retreated, and called police. The suspect then left on foot towards Oertelplatz and got into an unknown vehicle. He did not enter the shop, and an initial search produced no new leads.
