Man critically injured in knife attack in Minden
A 23-year-old man was critically injured in a knife attack in Minden late on 8 October. Police said several attackers approached him outside a fast-food restaurant on Lübbecker Straße, where he suffered multiple stab and cut wounds.
The injured man later went to a property on Askanierweg and called emergency services himself. Police said another physical confrontation had occurred earlier, in which a 27-year-old man was seriously injured. A homicide unit is investigating on suspicion of attempted homicide, and a search operation was launched.
