Man allegedly threatens woman outside window in Mengen with two knives
In Mengen, a 26-year-old man allegedly stood masked outside a resident's window on Tuesday morning while sharpening two knives. The woman called police. Officers found the man in his apartment, provisionally arrested him and secured evidence. The woman was uninjured but in shock and was supported by an emergency medical crisis team. The man is under investigation on suspicion of making threats.
