Man remanded in custody after knife attack in Mengen
A 27-year-old man is alleged to have injured a 24-year-old with a knife following a dispute at worker accommodation in Mengen. According to current findings, the altercation between the two heavily intoxicated men began shortly after 2 a.m. on the night from Friday to Saturday and later moved outside the building. The 24-year-old sustained minor injuries and was treated in hospital. The 27-year-old was also slightly injured and received medical treatment. He was remanded in custody, while investigators continue to examine the exact sequence of events and the cause of the dispute.
