Man threatens partner with knife in Marne
A 33-year-old man is alleged to have threatened his 31-year-old partner with a knife in Marne on Sunday morning. He is also alleged to have taken her car beforehand and later damaged it with a hammer. After forcing his way into the apartment, the woman fled and alerted police. Officers arrested the man in Lindenweg after he attempted to flee and seized the knife used in the threat. Following a blood sample, he was held in custody to sober up; investigators are pursuing allegations including threats, property damage and resisting officers.
