Man arrested after alleged knife robbery in Marl
A 31-year-old pedestrian was allegedly robbed on a car park on Ovelheider Straße in Marl on Monday evening. A man is said to have demanded money and briefly shown a knife from under his jacket. The pedestrian pushed the suspect away, after which he fled. After the victim alerted police, he saw the man enter a grocery store. Officers arrested a 25-year-old suspect there; the investigation is continuing.
