Woman threatens passers-by in Marburg with kitchen knife

On the evening of 25 March, a 35-year-old woman threatened several passers-by on Universitätsstraße in Marburg while holding a small kitchen knife. Several witnesses called the police emergency number at about 8 p.m. Officers arrested the woman and seized the knife. Nobody was injured. She was subsequently assessed by a doctor at a psychiatric hospital and admitted there.
