49-year-old man seriously injured in Marburg robbery
Three unknown men allegedly attacked and robbed a 49-year-old man on a woodland path in Marburg on 5 March. Police said they assaulted him from behind at around 4:50 p.m. while he was walking alone. One of the men struck him several times and apparently injured his finger with a knife. The suspects then took 1,000 euros from his trouser pocket and fled together. An ambulance crew took the seriously injured man to hospital for treatment. Criminal police are seeking witnesses.
