Man robbed at knifepoint at Mannheim tram stop
Three unidentified men allegedly robbed a 33-year-old man at Mannheim's Luzenberg tram stop at about 2:40 a.m. on 6 January. The group initially engaged him in conversation before demanding cash while displaying a knife.
The man threw his wallet onto the platform and escaped onto an arriving line 3 tram. The suspects fled towards Eisenstraße. The wallet contained cash, identity and driving documents, a bank card and other entitlement cards. Criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
