Man seriously injured in Mannheim attack involving a knife
A 36-year-old man was seriously injured in an attack by several unknown people on Jungbuschstraße in Mannheim on Tuesday evening. Police said the group sprayed him with an irritant, attacked him with a baton and injured his leg with a knife. After police provided initial care, emergency personnel took him to hospital. The attackers fled, and Mannheim-Innenstadt police are investigating.
