Man injured in knife robbery at Mainz's Hartenbergpark
A man was slightly injured during a robbery in Mainz's Hartenbergpark on Tuesday evening. Police said an unidentified offender threatened the 31-year-old with a knife and assaulted him. A second offender is alleged to have joined in and also assaulted the man. When a cyclist approached the scene, the offenders fled with a mobile phone and cash. The injured man was taken to hospital by ambulance. Police are investigating and are also seeking the cyclist as a witness.
