Man seriously injured in suspected robbery in Lübeck
A 23-year-old man was seriously injured during a suspected robbery in Lübeck city centre. Investigators believe that an unidentified man and an unidentified woman attacked him with the intention of robbing him during the night of 9 to 10 September near the Hanse-Schule and Dankwartsgrube. The man was injured with a pointed object. At about 00:45, emergency personnel found him near a kiosk on Mühlenstraße; paramedics and an emergency doctor treated him before he was taken to hospital. His injuries were serious but not life-threatening. Criminal police are investigating suspected aggravated robbery and dangerous bodily harm.
