Woman allegedly injured with knife in Lübeck
During the night leading into 21 August 2025, a 20-year-old woman in Lübeck allegedly attacked her 48-year-old mother with at least one knife. Police said the victim sustained several superficial injuries and received medical treatment; the injuries were not life-threatening. Responding officers found both women and took the suspect into custody. Lübeck District Court subsequently ordered her provisional accommodation. Prosecutors and the homicide unit continue to investigate the circumstances and background.
