Man attacked with kitchen knife during dispute in Ludwigshafen
Two intoxicated fellow residents became involved in a dispute in an apartment of a high-rise building in Ludwigshafen's Nord-Hemshof district at about 23:00 on 7 February. A 41-year-old man is alleged to have made stabbing motions with a kitchen knife towards the abdomen of his 34-year-old counterpart. The man who was attacked defended himself with his hands and sustained cuts to his arms. The alleged attacker suffered serious facial injuries in the confrontation and was taken to hospital. A blood sample was ordered to assess his criminal responsibility.
