Man injured with bladed weapon in attempted robbery in Ludwigshafen
A 35-year-old man was injured during an attempted robbery in Josef-Queva Park in Ludwigshafen's Oggersheim district on Friday morning. Police said an unidentified offender suddenly attacked him with a bladed weapon and demanded money. The man resisted, after which the offender fled on foot towards a petrol station on Mannheimer Straße. Paramedics took the injured man to hospital, while the initial search for the suspect was unsuccessful.
